Active Management Role
Secure Capital Investment
- Once a project is initiated KDH will actively pursue the
implementation of the business plan. The first step is to
implement KDH's management systems and accounts, hiring management
and/or consulting professionals if required, establishing
banking, service and other relevant relationships as well
as initiating strategy and marketing plans.
Management Accounts
KDH is proud of its commitment to complete monthly management accounts within 7 days after month end. Detailed or summarized accounts is forwarded to shareholders on the due date.
Management Fees
It was decided to keep management fees to an absolute minimum. Our fees only cover actual cost's for shared expenses such as employee salaries and would typically not exceed 3%. The KDH directors decided to show our commitment to manage all portfolio companies profitably enough to enable KDH to recover its overhead strictly from its share of generated profits.
