Commercial Real Estate Investments - Kilimani
Development Holdings adds value throughout the investment
process. Investing in real estate online can present the prospective
investor with an opportunity not necessarily available in
the open market or privately possible due to the typical size
of high yield opportunities. The returns achievable by the
participating shareholders in one of our selected projects
will be much higher than those available in the open market.
KDH does not have a huge overhead and infra structure to support
and we believe that our investment niche will produce returns
double or more than the conventional investment instruments
available.
