Johan brings a whealth of experience in the residential and commercial property markets to KDH. He studied Civil Engineering at the University of Pretoria and after a six year period in the Consulting Engineering Industry and the Department of Water Affairs & Forestry, commenced with his current speciality in commercial and residential property developments.

Johan became very successful in his private capacity over the past number of years by utilizing his ability to identify, evaluate and conclude oportunities in the property industry. He created a personal portfolio of investments which is second to none and KDH was well pleased when he agreed to join the company during 2002.
